MyURL allows you create your own smart URLs. A smart URL is a parameterized URL that allows you to give it an input for specific location to go to, similar to "search engines" in Chrome. The parameter of an URL is represented by "%s". For example, for Finance Yahoo, you can use the parameterized URL "http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=%s", which when replaced with an input like "MSFT", will become "http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=MSFT", which goes to Finance Yahoo for the symbol "MSFT". MyURL is most useful in mobile because the lack of such "search engine" in mobile Chrome.
In "Config URLs" tab, you can add or remove smart URLs. The JSON box at the bottom part let you import or export your smart URLs. If You press the "Export to the box above" button, your smart URLs appears in the textbox and you can copy and paste it your own file and save it somewhere for backup purpose. Alternative, you can use the "Generate download link for the Smart URLs above" button to download a file that consists of your smart URLs. To restore your smart URLs, you can just paste the text that you backed up into the JSON box, then press the "Import from the box above" button. Because import does not dedup, you may want to delete all your existing smart URLs before doing an import for restore purpose.
In mobile, you should use a brower to go to MyURL (Safari for iPhone and Chrome for Android), then choose "Add to Home" to make MyURL like a standalone app for your convenience.
